I thought a massage was a luxury for those who could afford it and just needed it to relax with no medical health advantages. Boy was I wrong. I have found it to be an affordable benefit to relieve my aches and pains of the day to day grind. Byron is able to locate the problem areas from a stressful day at the office, weekends work in the yard, or a hard day at the gym. Within one or two sessions I feel like a new person.
Byron is very knowledgeable and informative about what he is doing and how it works to help out your situation. He helps educate you on what you can do to prevent some of your issues. He is genuinely concerned about your health. I have not had a lot of experience with massage therapist, but in the little time I have, I have not had anyone take the time and effort to get to know their clients and their needs like Byron does. You are a person in need with Byron not just another client in a time slot. If you want relief from aches and pains or just to relax you need to make an appointment to see Byron. He is a professional that does a professional job.

Byron has been a life saver for me. I recently moved here from out of state and was in need of help for pain reduction in my lower back. I had back surgery 11 years ago and have been going to a massage therapist for the last four years. One of my concerns about moving here was I didn’t want to leave my therapist. I was getting desperate and almost in a panic because I was hurting so much. My legs ached, I was stiff and it was getting worse. I really didn’t know what I was going to do at this point. I just happen to meet a lady who recommended that I see Bryon. I emailed him about his technique, how it might help my problem with scar tissue and decided to make an appointment.

Right away, I was so at ease with Byron and could feel his compassion. He’s such a nice person and I felt confident that he could help me. After the first appointment I did get relief. It took a few bodywork sessions to get my back where I could do almost anything I wanted to do. My back is a pretty extreme problem because of the scar tissue from my surgery. Byron almost exclusively works right at my scar and it’s been amazing how I’m nearly pain free unless I do something really silly. If I do, I just go see him and he’s able to get it worked out for me.

I feel that this area is so fortunate to have Byron here. I’ve been to several therapists and I have to say that he’s the best. I am so grateful he’s here.

Having used many massage therapists across the country over the past fifteen years, I can confidently say Byron provides an exceptional service. His gentle, straight-forward demeanor makes clients instantly comfortable, even those who are new to massage and are uncertain about the experience. His massages are tailored to his clients’ personal needs, focusing on their particular problem areas and their level of physical comfort. Southeast Kansas is extremely fortunate to have access to such a talented and affordable massage therapist. I give him my highest recommendation. – Christy Vetter, MD

I can say that massage therapy works on back pain. I'm free of lower back pain for the first time for about 30 years. I have gone to chiropractors for many years for help with this. It would help for a week or so and would start all over again. I have told many people about it and have recommended them to go and see Byron. I have been to several massage therapists, but he was the first one to help me.
