Welcome to the EFT Home Page of Mildred Thill
EFT-CC, EFT-ADV
Brain Balance Consulting, Inc.
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Those of you who have known me for a few years may have
noticed a change in how I approach many things recently. Some of you
have remarked that
in the last year or two, I seem much happier, and am calmer and more
peaceful
than in the past. Although I was doubtful at first that EFT would
work for me, I decided to suspend my
disbelief and check out this method for myself. I still have a
ways to go on my journey towards peace and perfection, but I have come
a fair distance too. I invite you to check out this life-changing
technique by downloading the free EFT Manual here at http://www.emofree.com.
You can learn a great deal just from the manual. Gary Craig's DVD
library is also very good value and provides hours of case studies that
you can learn from and tap along to, so check out the EFT DVD Library when
you are ready for more. May you find the peace that I have
found.
EFT,
Emotional Freedom
Technique, often works when nothing else will.
What is EFT? EFT
is a kind of psychological acupressure,
developed by Gary Craig, an engineer. It was developed from Thought
Field Therapy (TFT), founded by Roger Callahan.
EFT is based on the principal
that pain and health issues are affected by our emotions, and that
holding
these emotions inside may cause disturbances in our energy
systems. Sometimes we attempt to treat
ourselves for emotional upset using food, medications or
stimulants, and this can lead to further problems such as
addictions, obesity, and dependencies. EFT lets us treat these energy
disturbances in a healthy way.
Once the emotional causes of
some of our addictive behavior, pain or disease are dealt with, it
becomes
possible to achieve healing.
Sometimes our emotional pain
is hidden to us but shows up in our bodies as physical pain or chronic
disease.
I invite you to explore this
site for a taste of how I have used EFT for my clients and some ideas
on how it
might be beneficial for you. Please
note, however, that EFT is complimentary to medical treatment and is
not meant
to replace a physician’s care.
If you are very new
to EFT,
some examples of how you might use it are demonstrated in the Articles: Chocolate
Cravings, Headache
Control, and Dealing
with
Chemotherapy. More in depth articles such as Flying
Anxiety and Surrogate
Tapping assume some knowledge and experience with EFT.
Please also check out some of excellent guest
articles:
Erectile
Disfunction by Rick Wilkes: This article, though fairly long, goes
into quite a bit of detail for sufferers of ED and even addresses some
issues relevant to female
partners.
Nine Steps to Forgiveness by
Fred Luskin. Although this article is not related to EFT, it
provides some good insights into forgiveness.
