Offering massage (shiatsu,

We hold poses with the breath to facilitate opening the tight places. Modifications are made for those with injuries. At
the Circle Pines Studio max class size is 9. Massage is offered at reduced rates for current students, retired and
military families. We also offer an SOS rate for those who need massage but cannot afford it . Two styles of massage
can be done clothes on : Shiatsu and Thai. This eliminates the need to dress/undress ( you get more hands on time) and
