Freedom of Expression: Intro. Holistic Art-Watercolors
Get a taste of Holistic art find
out what is it is all about!
Learn about how we are all connecting with a thread of energy. Master the techniques of the
greatest Kabbalist and shamans. Paint with feathers and organic materials, and sacred aromatics waters integrating
watercolors. Channel your spirit guides and angels allow your inner child to emerge. Learn about sound and vibration and how
it opens us up to the universe and attuned our bodies. Tapping into our mind/body and soul allowing you to have the freedom
of expression.
Class B-
Freedom of Expression-Sound-Watercolors
Master techniques of the greatest kabbalist
and shamans learn how the ancients used Vibration, sound, chants and music. Imagine making an enormous difference in our
bodies. Learning techniques that will shift your body metaphysically and attune you the Universe. Gain knowledge of how to
make your body an instrument find your voice. Connect with your own universe through sound and vibrations through chants and
music; discover other cultures and methods that are used to bring you into a meditative state. Channeling all of the
vibrations using watercolors and other organic materials on to paper. Additional tools will be used in class to enhance the
experience. (Singing Bowls, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, drums)
Class C-
Shape shifting - Watercolors
Learn
how to become that object!
Become that sphere, triangle, flower, butterfly, and tiger. Brush techniques will be covered.
Unique mediations from the kabbalah and shamanic visionary journey exercises will be used for this course. Brush techniques
will be covered. Discover what is like to become that object! Take control and empowerment and learn how to
focus.
Class D-
Meditations & Healing Prayer-Watercolors
Using ancient meditations from the Kabbalah
and other prayers and Psalms learn how to connect to the source. Silent prayer and private meditation write down your needs
and passions to hashem. Release and receive from hashem and have fun painting with watercolors, and feathers, organic
materials and sacred waters.
Each class will consist of healing techniques and using watercolors painting along with
the tools that Mother Nature has provided
