Our 90 minute sessions are tailor made to your individual needs. In a soothing setting complete with soft music, you are able to discover what therapies you respond to best. Be it art therapy, dream/imagery interpretation, Bowen family analysis, mind/body connection work, life counseling, or a combination of these, you will begin to feel better in A BRIEF AMOUNT OF TIME.
Specialty: Guided Imagery; Grief Recovery; Finally achieve happy relationships at home and work. Symptom relief for insomnia, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and as complimentary alternative treatment for cancer, burns and pain management.
We offer support groups for Grandparents raising grandchildren, Parents raising children with ADHD, Teen Support Groups every Saturday afternoon from 3pm to 6pm; Helping Adults Help Children Dealing With Grief/Loss every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm; An Introduction to Guided Imagery through the 5 Universal Shapes held every Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm, and Grief Recovery held Saturday mornings beginning in January, 2009.
