The human bodymind is constantly renewing itself, rebalancing itself and healing itself. However, sometimes the bodymind can become stuck on a disharmonic cycle. BodyTalk, massage therapy and readings are different modalities, yet they all serve the same purpose: to facilitate the bodymind’s own healing system.
The bodymind knows how to heal itself but sometimes it forgets. The average human being’s daily life can be very stressful, all consuming and usually contains no time for resting and healing. When there’s no time for healing, the bodymind becomes weighed down by all the stress it is carrying. To release and let go is extremely vital and the healing techniques used in each modality accomplishes just that and more.
Regular healing sessions will:
- Release any energy that’s blocking you from moving forward.
- Give you more of yourself so you can truly experience who you are as a spirit and human being.
- Make transitions easy as opposed to difficult.
- Break old patterns/habits that no longer serve your highest good.
- Help you to live joyously in the present so you do not worry about the past or future.
- Improve your neutral space so you respond (instead of react) to situations, events, people, etc.
And on a deeper level something even greater is happening: the spirit is able to shine through.
Give to yourself and discover your own ability to heal. In the process you will realize aspects of yourself that you did not know, yet had hoped was true and now you can have.
Jennifer is a Certified Clairvoyant Reader & Healer, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner & Certified Massage Therapist.
For years, Jennifer suffered from her own health problems and found Western medicine was very limited in healing her body in the way she wanted. Using alternative therapy was unknown to her until she found BodyTalk. And then it clicked. She was amazed at how certain experiences and thoughts were negatively affecting her body, not to mention her mental, emotional and spiritual state. That experience was the beginning of opening her eyes to what her path entailed: to help others heal.
Jennifer creates a safe, neutral and compassionate environment to allow every client the space to heal and grow.
